Accounting & Finance

Interact with financial teams across business units to understand and assist in the development of monthly, quarterly and year-end close and consolidation processes. You will contribute to a team that is heavily involved with spin-off and divestiture transactions, while collaborating on the development and execution of internal reporting monthly packages, internal and external audit requests and investor relation presentations.

As a member of our audit team, you will play an active role in designing and executing audit procedures based on internal control processes, IT trends and standards. Gain exposure to a variety of industries and business models with your team and identify recommendations to mitigate risks. In addition, you’ll be in a position to optimize performance improvement opportunities and ensure efficient information flow across teams and divisions.

Improve operational effectiveness to ensure compliance with all country, federal, state, local payroll and regulatory requirements. Be part of a team that participates in tax planning and process improvement initiatives to stay current on federal and state tax developments. Prepare income tax returns for multiple business units, assist in quarterly and year-end tax close processes and provide timely guidance on federal and state tax compliance.

Interact closely with key business units to evaluate and provide independent advice and perspective on acquisition opportunities; ensure understanding of key business issues; and conduct analysis of acquisition candidates using input from third-party sources. Stay up-to-date on timely compliance of the latest accounting standards and regulations. Improve productivity, quality and consistency of our acquisition process and tools, while leveraging data analytics for strategic and tactical decisions.
